I've enjoyed using my moxie book. I work on a observation/short stay unit and with our high turnaround of patients, it's so nice to wipe away and write again instead of printing a brain or working on a blank scrap paper. The alcohol pads work but you gotta go a little slow, let the page get wet and it'll all come off easy. I use like 2-3 swabs on a page and then wipe the gray hue off with a gauze. A few annoyances though (but not make or break), the PMHx check boxes don't include some other common things like dementia, seizures, TIA, or anemia. I tend to have these more often than not but It's easy to write it in of course. I bought an extra pack of plain pages to make notes since there's no room on the main page, for things like procedures and results, notes for myself about pages to the doctors, who I got report from and give to. I also write in sometimes my rounding hours and cross them out if I've done them or not. Depends on the day.. But im just getting used to this report form. It's efficient and I think it makes me look like I got myself pulled together when most of the time I'm not! I used the printable form first before getting the book to make sure I wasn't going to waste any time or money. I even looked at other report forms and I think this one is the most simple but sufficient. It's not too busy and the main book alone is enough room to not need to write tiny.

Nice

Cumberson to carry around if you dont have pockets. Good set up for report. Really need to clean off ASAP at end of shift or it will be more difficult to clean off later. No place for pt stickers. Overall nice
