I am a brand new tech on an oncology unit and the report book helped me so much to get up to speed, take and give report quickly and concisely, and have great notes for my patients. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it for being neat, professional, and HIPAA friendly. For any of the new techs out there who may not know all of the lingo and abbreviations in this book; sometimes it’s a bit hard to find the meanings online, I’ve put some abbreviations and what they mean down below.
