Directions
- Place your Report Book on a firm, flat surface and open the cover.
- Place your pages in the order you receive them on the right hand side of the book.
- One at a time push the page onto the coil from the top to bottom.
- Repeat with the other pages.

Nice and compact to throw in your scrub pocket. Easy to write down all info. I got the med/surg book and then ICU and blank sheets and so convenient! Definitely worth it!!
Like the idea and the layout. Cleaning the pages between shifts gets old. If you clean too close to the spiral, alcohol may seep to other pages and smear information you wanted to keep. I’ve been using this for a few months now and I feel like the pages are no longer getting fully clean and will need replacement soon.

I absolutely love having a reusable report sheet where I can easily organize my information, tasks, and thoughts for each patient. As a step down nurse, I often find I need a little more than the med surg pages and the ICU pop in pages are perfect for the heavier patients.
